Stuart Blinder has consulted in operational effectiveness for start-ups through to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. His main focus is helping businesses secure important, measurable improvements rapidly. His approach is to be in and out quickly, ensuring that ownership and understanding are successfully transferred..

He has been involved in projects throughout the supply chain, for example from customer service reengineering through new manufacturing strategies both captive and third party to new purchasing approaches and overseas sourcing.

Stuart started and rose to General Management in Unilever - heading up Lever US. He initiated and co-led Unilever’s global supply chain ($500MM saved over 3 years), led in Lever US the creation of the widely recognized #1 CPG supply chain in the U.S. and did the same for Unilever, Chile. As Head of a Perimeter Fence company, he radically re-designed all elements of the supply chain, contributing importantly to top and bottom line growth.

Stuart has a B.Sc. Chemistry (Honors) from the University of Birmingham, UK, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, the Manchester Business School, UK (school’s first double major). He was awarded research scholarships to the University of California, Santa Barbara and Princeton. He has given classes at Sloane School (MIT) and Wharton among others. Stuart is referenced in Debra Benton’s book “How to Act like a CEO” and the new book Maestro by Roger Nierenberg is based on his work in Supply Chain revitalization.
